Who are Jim and Dawn Horn?

Hi, we are Jim and Dawn Horn owners of Shared Vision LLC.  Born and raised in Oregon and currently Live in Sunny Arizona!

We are a family-owned company specializing in home buying and working with First time home owners. Our team is dedicated to serving homeowners in the East Valley of Arizona and the suburbs of Dayton Ohio. Jim is a licensed agent and part of Balboa Realty with experience and a strong passion for real estate.

Our creativity in real estate transactions have allowed us to help people get into their dream homes NOW when others have told them no.  We strive to make every transaction a WIN-WIN for everyone involved.

We have first hand experience of the challenges that people face when trying to qualify for conventional lending.
